The association's own offerings

The association Sinnergie e.V. offers its own events, programmes and content on this website. For these own offerings, the association itself is the provider and contractual partner of the participants. The conditions specified for the respective event apply.

Brokered offerings of members and external providers

Sinnergie e.V. also operates this website as a brokerage platform for offerings of its members as well as, where applicable, other self-employed providers. The third-party offerings presented and bookable on this website are carried out on the providers' own responsibility by the respective providers. The contractual partner for execution, content, billing and liability is exclusively the provider named in the respective offer. In these cases, Sinnergie e.V. acts solely as broker of the offerings and does not itself become a contractual partner of the booking. The information on the respective provider can be found in the respective event offer.

The respective providers are solely responsible for the content of external offerings, events and services of the members. The association assumes no liability for these, to the extent permitted by law.
