More than exercises on the mat
For me, Kundalini Yoga is far more than physical work. It is a way to awaken your own life energy and bring it into flow – through powerful sequences of movement, conscious breathing, sound and meditation. It is the yoga practice of awareness: it works quickly, deeply and honestly.
In my classes in Berlin-Pankow, the focus is not on the perfect posture, but on your very own experience. I teach in small, personal groups in which everyone has space. Whether you are sitting on the mat for the first time or have been practising for a long time – you are exactly where you belong.
The four pillars of every class
- Kriyas – precise sequences of movement, posture and breath that work specifically on energy and the glandular system.
- Pranayama – breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system and bring you into calm.
- Mantra & sound – the power of voice and sound, carried by the gong.
- Deep relaxation & meditation – the moment in which everything is allowed to settle.

For everyone. Whether you are seeking balance to a demanding everyday life, need more clarity for a decision, want to strengthen your femininity or your power, or are simply curious – Kundalini Yoga meets you where it counts. It requires no prior experience and no special flexibility. Only the willingness to engage with yourself.
